The inspiration for Maggie and Andrew's lush wedding backdrop was inspired by the bride’s childhood.
The bridal party gathered in Maggie’s hometown of Lambertville, PA at a chic canal-side Airbnb. Marissa Grace Artistry styled the ladies in elegant hairdos and timeless makeup. The group then headed outside for pictures around town.
The quaint town of Lambertville NJ was the perfect spot for a few candid photos with the groomsmen. 75 Bridge Street House was a great place for getting ready.
We asked our couple a few questions to gain a better understanding of what makes them the perfect match!
What do you love most about each other?
Maggie: I love Anthony's excitement for life, his determination, his adventurous side and that he is always willing to share food with me :)
Anthony: I love how caring Maggie is, that she always sees the best in people and how she is always down to try something new with me.
Lambertville and its sister city, New Hope are split down the middle by the Delaware River, just about 8 miles from where George Washington crossed in 1776.
Our bride Maggie, attended high school at the Georgetown school. The grounds of this property are beyond beautiful. The private ceremony site serves as a perfect place to gather under the trees.
Holly Hedge has a timeless charm and is a lovely outdoor venue, for a June wedding in rural Pennsylvania. Maggie and Anthony immediately knew that it was the perfect wedding location.
A whimsical yet subtle flower palette adds to the elegance of the manicured grounds.
BHLDN served as the style inspiration for this chic bride including the veil, and statement earrings.
The dapper groom was dressed in THEORY and his bowtie LANVIN.
The wedding party then headed to Holly Hedge Estate for cocktail hour & reception.
The design consisted of neutral tones to compliment the natural lush scenery. Light dreamy grays helped to showcase the garden backdrop.
Guests made the most of the gorgeous outdoor gardens at the ceremony, while the couple snuck away to take portraits.
A favorite memory from the day: Exchanging our vows!
"We wrote our own which was essentially the only thing we have never run by each other which made the moment that much more special." - Maggie
