Last week, we brought you the most beautiful, quintessential Irish engagement session at Luttrellstown Castle. This week, we are continuing the stunning Ireland theme with a romantic and moody Cliffs of Moher Elopement. This editorial was a dream come true, and I’m so thrilled to share just a tiny glimpse from one of my favorite places in the world.

Romantic and Moody Cliffs of Moher Elopement

If you’re considering an elopement, I can’t think of a more romantic place than along the coast of Ireland. Ireland is so beautiful, with so much to see and do before and after the big day. Plus, if you’re eloping, you’ve got a honeymoon built right into the experience. You can share your big day with your closest and dearest or just the two of you and head off to your next adventure together.

This elopement was extra dreamy because of the misty autumn day. There’s always a gentle sea spray along the cliffs, making everything feel more whimsical. It’s a sacred place, and there’s a palpable feeling of reverence by all those visiting. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to take photos here for this special couple. Plus, the views never disappoint.

The breathtaking beauty of the Cliffs of Moher, is just a scenic three-hour drive from Dublin. While you won’t necessarily need an entire flower takeover with an elopement, we suggest a gorgeous bouquet to make things feel extra special. We love a flower moment over here, so we encourage the extra step. They’re also really lovely to have for photos.
