We can’t get enough of this gorgeous, rainy-day Bucks County wedding! You all know how much we love a wedding at Hotel Du Village, and this one had all of our favorite details. Danielle and Adam brought together a fantastic team of vendors for their day, and it was truly such a joy to be part of it.
Danielle and Adam’s Bucks County Wedding Day
We started the day with details and some incredible florals from Thistle Do Flower Co. Spring is one of our favorite seasons for wedding flowers, and these combos did not disappoint.
The range of color and texture was gorgeous and perfectly complemented Danielle’s gown. The florals really accentuated the modern, constructed design of the dress, and we loved her choices of hair and makeup to tie everything together. She looked stunning! We also made sure to take full advantage of the soft, muted window light for bridal portraits before their first look. It might be one of our favorite moments from the day.
Next, we went outside for their first look in the garden. Adam was so sweet. His expression when he saw Danielle for the first time made us tear up behind the camera. We love first looks so much and are always thrilled when clients opt for them on their wedding day.
The rain let up for the perfect amount of time. We captured some beautiful portraits of Danielle and Adam as well as family formals. Next we made sure to tuck them away with their closest people to sign the ketubah. We also loved their spring wildflower-inspired chuppah.
After the ceremony, everyone made their way to the reception space, where they were greeted with the most romantic reception decor. The moody florals and tapered candles in the ballroom set the scene for an amazing night. We couldn’t have been more honored to spend this day with such a wonderful couple, surrounded by the ones who love them most.
