Last week, we shared about one of our favorite wedding trends, the little white dress. This week, we are finally sharing all the beauty we’ve been savoring from our most recent travels. We had the most amazing opportunity to photograph the Mira Zwillinger Reflections Collection for SS2025. We had such an incredible time seeing all of these stunning gowns and are forever grateful for a peek behind the scenes during New York Bridal Fashion Week!

New York Bridal Fashion Week has been on our business bucket list for a while, so being invited this year was such a highlight. The Glasshouse Chelsea was the most amazing location, and the window light was truly magical. 

Even more magical were the gowns from this collection. You know we love a fashion-forward bride, and each and every gown from this collection was a work of art. If you’re still looking for your dream gown, we highly recommend experiencing these gowns for yourself. 

I especially loved the Sunn Armlet Shawl. The floral applique detail was absolute perfection. The little feminine details throughout the designs were super refreshing and gorgeous for spring!

Choosing Your Wedding Gown 

If you’re still in the process of choosing your wedding gown, there are a handful of tips to keep in mind. 

Don’t Go At It Alone 

First, you won’t want to do it on your own. We recommend looking for a bridal shop in your area where you can have help trying on gowns. Many of these boutiques specialize in helping you find just the right dress. Be sure to make your appointment in advance for the best experience. While walk-ins are sometimes welcomed, you will get the most enjoyable experience by having someone assisting you personally during your try-on. 

Keep an Open Mind

Have a dream dress in mind? Be sure to keep an open mind. Sometimes the vision you have in your head may change when you try on something a little different than what you originally wanted.

Insider Tip: Trunk Shows

Have a specific designer in mind? Look for their trunk shows! Many bridal boutiques receive a new collection for a specific designer through trunk shows. These are much-sought-after collections of sample gowns that travel to different boutiques. Some locations even make special events out of their trunk shows, and we definitely recommend making an appointment!
