This La Jolla wedding venue was a San Diego wedding photographer’s dream come true. I’m still thinking about all the truly stunning views, all within a short walking distance. I’m so thrilled to share this gorgeous wedding day with you all.

San Diego Wedding Photos

Honestly, does it get any better than this? Phil and Claire were the most wonderful couple to celebrate with. It was so apparent that every one of their guests was having the best time.

The bright and beautiful pops of color gave the day an extra layer of joy. I love how they chose to weave in bold, vivid pink throughout their wedding day.  Every detail was seamless, from the subtle touches of pink in Phil’s jacket to the stunning florals by Thistle Dew Floral & Event Design. And these bridesmaids’ photos may be some of the most amazing yet.

La Jolla Views

The sea cliffs at Martin Johnson House provided the perfect spot for some truly epic moments. I still can’t get over how perfect the balcony was for both the groomsmen’s photos and portraits of Claire and Phil later in the day. La Jolla, California, was picture-perfect, and I loved the natural landscape and how it flowed into the design details.

Of course, we made our way down to the cliffs for sunset portraits of the newlyweds just as the sun went down. They’re some of my favorites from the day, and I loved how the setting sun gave everything a painterly feel to the portraits.

This entire day was a timeless and classic example of the perfect west coast wedding day on the cliffs of California!
