When Steve and Ariana’s Italy wedding was postponed due to covid, they knew they still wanted to get married in a place with an Italian feel. They found Folino Estate in the hills of Pennsylvania and immediately fell in love. It was the perfect backdrop for a celebration of love. The result was a beautiful wedding right here in the US.

Folino Estate Wedding

Their Tuscan-inspired wedding took place at the romantic estate on a bright fall day in 2020. The most beautiful vines with deep red grapes covered the arbor they stood under to say their vows. They chose rows of vineyards for their couple’s portraits as the sun went down. Guests threw dried lavender as they made their exit to their reception. It was the most fragrant and beautiful touch.

Ariana looked stunning in her lace gown, and I loved the pop of color from the row of zinnias along the pathway. Steve was so dapper with all of his groomsmen. The pond was the perfect location for a bit of fun with all of his guys before their ceremony.  

I love how they let the influence of Italian culture weave throughout their day even though they were stateside. Heritage Gatherings created the most beautiful bouquets in shades of white and green for their florals. One of my favorite details was the olive branches in the bridal bouquets. Tables for their reception were designed with different herbs, which smelled amazing and looked beautiful. Guests were served wine from the vineyards while enjoying the evening. 

Steve and Ariana even chose the most thoughtful gifts for their guests. Limoncello and Italian candies were given to each as a thank you for sharing the day with them. 

The entire day was a sweet reminder that no matter where you are in the world, you can always create a beautiful experience for your most cherished people.
